Article 3: Principles of Sustainable Procurement
The Company is committed to adhering to the following principles of sustainable procurement, integrating sustainability into procurement practices, and selecting sustainable procurement solutions:
- Prioritize local procurement or choose environmentally friendly materials, energy-efficient equipment, and low-carbon transportation to build a green and low-carbon supply chain.
- Comply with the United Nations Human Rights Policy, prohibiting any form of forced labor, child labor, discrimination, and improper treatment.
- Require suppliers to provide a safe and healthy working environment and protect employees' legal rights and interests.
- Maintain transparent and fair procurement practices, prohibiting any form of corruption, bribery, and unfair competition.
- Encourage suppliers to innovate and adopt sustainable practices, provide fair competition opportunities, and respect intellectual property rights.
- Comply with laws and regulations and require suppliers to do the same.
